Offset Lithography

Four Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102 presses (4-color and 6-color). Sheet-fed offset on artboard, coated/uncoated kraft, and specialty substrates up to 0.7mm thickness. Pantone matching with X-Rite spectrophotometry on every run.

Flexographic Printing

Three high-speed flexo lines for corrugated direct-print. Water-based inks on E-flute, B-flute, and AB-flute board. Ideal for shipping cartons, retail-ready packaging, and produce boxes where cost-per-unit matters at volume.

Die-Cutting & Creasing

Eight automated flatbed die-cutters (Bobst and local equivalents). Steel-rule dies made in-house — new die turnaround in 48 hours. Window cutouts, self-locking bases, tear strips, and perforations are standard.

Finishing & Surface Treatment

Full finishing department: glossy/matte lamination (BOPP film), aqueous coating, UV spot varnish, hot foil stamping (gold, silver, holographic), blind embossing, and soft-touch coating. Most premium retail boxes leave here.

Folding, Gluing & Assembly

Six automatic folder-gluers handling straight-line, 4/6-corner, and collapsible box styles. Inline CCD inspection catches misfeeds and glue defects. Manual packing lines for fragile or complex assemblies.

Incoming material check

Board GSM, moisture content, and brightness verified against spec before any sheet hits the press. Paper stored in climate-controlled warehouse at 23°C / 50% RH.

Press-side color control

First-article approval with physical drawdown. X-Rite spectrophotometer measures Delta-E on every color bar. Ink key presets downloaded from CIP3/CIP4 files to minimize make-ready waste.

C

In-line inspection

CCD cameras on folder-gluers detect misregistration, glue skips, and creasing cracks at full speed. Rejected sheets auto-ejected and counted.

D

Final audit & packing

AQL sampling inspection before packing. Cartons packed to international transit standards. Each shipment includes certificate of conformance and dimensional report.

Digital proof (PDF) for artwork approval within 24 hours. Pre-production physical sample available — white sample free, printed sample at cost. Approve the sample before we proceed to production.

Artwork & Prepress

2–3 days

Our prepress team checks your files: bleed, color mode (CMYK/Pantone), image resolution (300 DPI minimum), die-line accuracy. We’ll flag any issues before plates are made.

Mass Production

12–20 days

Printing, die-cutting, finishing, gluing, QC — all in-house. First-article inspection on every run. In-line CCD cameras catch defects at full speed. Production updates with photos at each stage.

QC & Shipping

3–5 days

AQL sampling inspection before packing. Standard cartons with appropriate protection for safe transit. FOB, CIF, or DDP (door-to-door with duty paid) available. Shipping documents provided.

For trial orders, MOQ is flexible and negotiable based on product complexity. We welcome small trial orders to help you test the market before committing to larger quantities. We offer tiered pricing — the more you order, the lower the unit cost. Send us your quantity and we’ll provide a detailed breakdown.

Typical lead time is 15–25 days from sample approval to shipment, depending on order complexity and quantity. Simple folding cartons: 12–15 days. Complex rigid boxes with multiple finishing steps: 20–25 days. Rush orders available — contact us for expedited timelines.

Yes. We offer two types of samples: white samples (unprinted, to check structure and size) are free — you just cover shipping. Printed pre-production samples are charged at cost (typically $50–$150 depending on complexity) and take 5–7 days. The sample cost is deducted from your bulk order if you proceed.

We accept AI, PDF, CDR, or high-resolution PSD files. Requirements: CMYK color mode, 300 DPI minimum resolution, all fonts outlined or embedded, 3mm bleed on all sides. If you don’t have a die-line, we’ll provide one based on your dimensions. Our prepress team will review your files and flag any issues before production.

Yes. We support both CMYK process printing and Pantone spot colors. For Pantone matching, we use X-Rite spectrophotometry to ensure color accuracy within Delta E < 2. You can specify Pantone codes in your artwork file, and we’ll match them on press. Physical color proofs are available for approval before production begins.

If products don’t match the approved sample — color deviation beyond Delta E 2, structural defects, finishing errors — we reprint at our cost. Our QC team inspects every order against the approved sample before packing. In the rare event of a dispute, we work with you to find the fastest resolution: reprint, partial credit, or replacement in the next shipment.

All orders are packed in standard corrugated cartons with appropriate protection for safe transit. Each carton is labeled with your shipping marks. We can arrange FOB, CIF, or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — door-to-door service with all duties and taxes handled for you.

Materials: SBS artboard (250–400 GSM), FBB, kraft paper, corrugated board (E/B/AB-flute), specialty papers, food-grade board. JR Carton is a printing and packaging manufacturer based in Dongguan, Guangdong. Our factory is equipped with advanced offset printing and die-cutting machinery, handling everything from prepress to finished product under one roof.

We are a manufacturer, not a broker. Every order is produced on our own equipment and supervised by our own QC team. This means you deal directly with the people running the presses — no account managers relaying messages through WeChat chains. We welcome domestic and international clients to visit our factory.
